Dammam

Saudi Arabia. Dammam is the capital of the Eastern Province and the heart of Saudi Arabia's oil industry. It's not a traditional tourist destination, but it's a modern, coastal city with a beautiful Corniche, excellent museums, and a gateway to the cultural oasis of Al-Ahsa. It's cleaner, quieter, and more relaxed than Riyadh or Jeddah.
