City

Houston

United States. Houston is massive, diverse, and unpretentious. It's the energy capital of the world and the home of NASA ('Houston, we have a problem'). But the real surprise is the food—it's arguably the most diverse culinary city in America, blending Viet-Cajun, Tex-Mex, and BBQ into something unique.

  • BBQ: Brisket excellence.
