Start on the Plane

As soon as you board the plane, set your watch to the destination time. Psychologically prepare to live by the new time.

If it's night at the destination — try to sleep (mask, earplugs, melatonin). If it's day — endure and don't sleep, watch movies, drink water, move around.

Light and Food Rule

Light is the main regulator of circadian rhythms. Upon arrival during the day, spend as much time as possible in sunlight. Avoid bright screens in the evening.

Eat according to local time. Even if your stomach thinks it's 3 AM, a hearty breakfast will help the body understand that morning has begun.

Don't Go to Sleep Immediately

The biggest mistake is to arrive during the day and lie down for 'an hour' to nap. You will wake up at night and completely disrupt your schedule. Endure until a normal bedtime (at least until 21:00-22:00).
